| Cancellation Policy • All cancellations will have to be in writing and sent in by e-mail to reservations@hostalgaia.com. • Reservations for one night are not refundable • The cancellation must be submitted at least 7 days before the date of arrival. There will be a refund of 50% of the total cost of the reservation. • There will be no refund for days paid upon early departure. If notification of cancellation is submitted in the appropriate time period , the corresponding funds will be reimbursed to your account or by transfer. Special policies for holidays: • There will be no refunds for cancellations in high seasons (Christmas, New Year, Holy Week, Vacations and national holidays) • With the exception of 60 days notice before booked arrival, full refund will be applied |
